By adding the ability to scan a copy of your signature and upload it to their “Stamps” toolbox to place onto faxed documents, RingCentral is one of the first services of any kind to offer the ability to sign documents electronically – not to mention giving users the ability to fax those files directly from your computer.
From RingCentral’s press release, uploading the electronic signature looks to be a very straight-forward, four-step process of adding a file into their system. This process only needs to be done once for each person’s signature. Once uploaded, placing the signature on a document is as simple as selecting the signature from the stamp menu and clicking where you need it. Saving trees has never been this easy!
